After I place my order, when will my order be shipped?


Processing generally takes 2 days, shipping ranges from 1-3 days after processing. We ship via USPS.




Do you ship internationally?


At the current moment, this company only ships to all locations and addresses located in the United States.




Why is the consistency different from the product I just ordered to the one I already?


Our products are made with natural ingredients and are handmade with no harmful chemicals. Due to the nature of the ingredient, consistency may change.




Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?


Yes, if you are in Miami, Fl. You are only allowed to pick up. There will be no deliveries. The pick up policy includes: 1. After placing an order, wait for a pick-up email to be sent. 2. Following the pick-up email, you will receive a message to set up a time and day to pick up. 3. Set up times will be: (Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur, Fri, and Sat) from 8am-8pm. Please feel free to use the "Contact Us" subscription box and let us know how we can reach you in person and have your products to you. If you are not located in Miami, Florida, you must select the shipping option and provide your address to receive your product.




How do I check if a product has a certain ingredient?


Curretnly we do not have any products with "certain ingredients", however on each product page you will find an ingredient list for the product you are interested in.




What if I had an allergic reaction to your product?


Handmade or not, the majority of people are allergic to the most common things. In the event of an allergic reaction, we recommend you discontinue use immediately and contact your physician. They can provide you with details on what ingredients you may have used that caused the reaction.




What is the shelf like of the products?


The shelf life of each and every product is 1-2 years.
